JUDGE US BY OUR WORK
Below are some representative examples of M&N’s work, but further examples and personal references are available upon request.
Belle Rivers & Eastover
Belle Rivers and Eastover are a 150+ unit affordable housing project built across over twenty acres on steep terrain in a very demanding jurisdiction. M&N moved 130,000 cubic yards of dirt after which M&N laid over 3,000 linear feet of HDPE storm drain. Further, due to jurisdictional requirements, a Ductile Iron water system was required, and M&N installed 2,300 linear feet across the site. This site was then served by 2,000 feet of SDR 26 PVC sewer piping along with an on-site lift station with motor and wet well. Upon installing site construction and installation of site utilities, M&N provided the customer with 3,000 tons of road preparation complemented by approximately 6,000 feet of curb and gutter using its PowerCurber curb machine.
As usual, all work was self-performed.
U Club
The U Club is a 500 bed market rate housing complex built across twenty acres and requiring 100,000 Cubic Yards of excavation. Further, due to water challenges, M&N installed two box culverts and 7,500 feet of 60” subsurface detention. Then, 5,000 feet of Ductile Iron water main were installed followed by 3,800 feet of 8” SDR 26 PVC sewer main. After site and utility construction, M&N also installed 25,000 square yards of soil cement along with over 5000 feet of automated curb and gutter installation and almost 40,000 square feet of concrete sidewalks.
All work was self-performed.
The Heights
The Heights is a high end residential community built on sixteen acres of hilly land. M&N first excavated 143,000 cubic yards of dirt followed by almost 4,000 feet of HDPE storm drain. The water system was a 1,325 foot 8” Ductile Iron water main while the sewer consisted of 2,900 feet of 8” SDR 26 PVC mains. At The Heights, M&N provided 1,350 tons of crushed limestone along with 2,400 feet of concrete curb and gutter.
Self-performed.
